Smokin Brothers Wood Pellet Grills are designed to cook at consistent temperatures every time. Users may set the digital thermostat anywhere from 180° to 375° with a high setting available for 400° and above. Smokin Brothers grills use indirect heat, preventing flare ups. Every grill also comes with a drip pan to catch grease as well as a convection fan for air circulation.
